Work the Polls

Election workers are essential to ensure election are a success. Serving as a poll worker is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the election process while contributing to your community. In 2022, AEPN and its partner organizations are partnering with national and in-state nonpartisan organizations to recruit and train a statewide network of individuals to volunteer at the polls. If you are interested in volunteering at the polls – let us know by emailing melissa@voteprotection.org.

The state of Alabama also hires official poll workers. The states’ poll workers are paid election officials.
